On December 31, 2025, STON held its 2025 Annual Summary and 2026 Strategic Planning Meeting. The company’s chairman, vice chairman, and general manager attended the meeting and delivered important speeches. At the beginning of the meeting, the company’s management comprehensively reviewed the overall operations in 2025, affirming the achievements of each team in product development, market expansion, and team building. Subsequently, the meeting focused on three core topics: product upgrades, team building, and the 2026 strategic plan, laying a solid foundation for the company’s high-quality development.
Regarding product upgrades and technology optimization, the meeting emphasized that technological innovation is a key support for the company’s core competitiveness. The company will continue to promote product upgrades and improvements, fully absorb valuable suggestions from regional markets, and proactively invite high-end enterprise technical teams and industry experts to conduct a comprehensive evaluation and optimization of existing products.

Regarding the 2026 strategic plan, the meeting made a systematic deployment covering three major dimensions: product technology, employee training, and team building.
At the product and technology level, the company will continue to optimize and adjust its product line structure, accelerate the development of new products, fully build automated production lines, and simultaneously advance the expansion project of the new factory to improve production capacity and efficiency. It will also focus on improving the technical talent recruitment system, accelerating product technology finalization, and building a standardized and professional after-sales service system to comprehensively improve customer service quality.
In terms of employee training, a comprehensive training system covering individual negotiation skills and equipment theory will be established. Innovative training methods will be implemented, with industry experts invited to conduct specialized lectures at monthly sales meetings to precisely empower employee growth and comprehensively improve the professional competence and business capabilities of all employees.
In terms of team building, the company will strengthen collaboration between departments and employees, break down communication barriers, and improve organizational efficiency. Management is required to lead by example, play a leading role, comprehensively strengthen team execution, and build a highly efficient and collaborative fighting team.
